- When was the last time the printer was working fine?
- Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
- Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?

It was last working about two days ago. I made no changes to the printer, other then put in new HP cartridges.
I cleaned the cartridges to include the contacts on the cartridges
and printer both.
I checked the paper, the printout for any discrepancies. I uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I pretty much covered all the bases for the past two days.
I appreciate any help given

I recommend you to contact phone support to check the available service options for your printer;
Here is how you can get in touch with the touch support.
Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Enter Product number or select to auto detects
Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Scroll down and click on HP contact options - click on Get phone number.
