Hi MrHope,

Curious to see if you have the same issue on a different computer. I checked to see if I had the same issue, and it saved the selected paper correctly.

Can you install the printer on a different computer, and let me know?

How do you have the printer connected to this computer (USB, Wireless or Ethernet)?

No I have SP2 . SP3 Trashes the Media Center part of the Operating System Micro Softs deliberately braking XP Media Center Edition to get you to move to Windows 7 They have known about this issue since they put out SP3 But have never fix it. I will keep SP2 Until I up grade to a new computer. After I have a new Operating System If I still have the same problem I will get back in touch. Thanks for your time & due diligence Mr Hope
