Hi, I am having issues with
I am having issues with the document feeder on my 7520. The printer detects that there is a document in the feeder tray but the rollers are not turning at all to feed the document to the scanning area. if i lift the lid while trying to get the doc fed there is no movement from anything but the scanning bar running down the normal scanning face that you use for manual document scanning. The output then comes to my PC with a blank page.
I have already tried cleaning the rollers and also reset the printer but pulling the power out while still on for 1min and also plugged the printer directly into the wall outlet.
Not sure if this is related but I got an update from HP via the HP support assistant app a few days ago and that is when the problem seemed to start occurring
Any help would be great.

Hi,
Thanks for using the HP Forums.
Have you installed the FULL feature software? If you have not, this wizard would help you:
HP Printer Install Wizard for Windows
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/COL50403/mp-150580-2/hppiw.exe
Once you have installed the FULL feature software, scan the Scan Software and ensure that the "Source" is selected as "Use Document feeder if loaded".
An example is shown:
