I've been unable to change my billing address on my account to match my shipping address.

I see that you are not able to change your billing address. Do not worry, we are here to help you with it. 

 

Could you please brief me on where exactly are you trying to change? Is it on the instant ink account?

When I log in to my account to print out my invoices the invoices have my old address listed as my billing address and I can’t find any way to correct it.
