Hp Deskjet Ink Advantage 5525
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Black ink not showing when color printing or when printing black and white. Did replace the black catridge with a new one but the problem is still there. Did Print Quality Diagnostic and only black is the one with empty block.

What could be the problem?

Model No: SNPRH-1103.

Welcome to HP Support Forums. 🙂 I came across your post and would like to help.

 

I understand that you have an HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 5525 e-All-in-One Printer. I read that the printer does not print the black color. You have even replaced the black cartridge and the issue persists. You've done a remarkable job performing the steps. 

 

It could be an issue with the printhead because two black cartridges cannot have the same issue. I recommend you to perform the following steps to isolate the issue and arrive at a fix:
