I have a HP Photosmart C4580 All-in-One. The colored cartridge snapped in fine, but the black cartridge won't snap in place. This has never been a problem in the past. I keep getting a message saying there is a paper jam when there isn't. I appreciate any suggestions to solve this issue. I have several very important documents that need printing.
Thanks!!

Hello @Golden_Lover,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums!
I understand that you're having an issue installing your black cartridge in your HP Photosmart C4580 All-in-One Printer. I would like to work with you today with resolving this issue.
I know you have installed cartridges in the past with no issues, but here are the cartridge installation instructions just to ensure everything is going as planned:
When you open the front panel does the carriage with the two ink cartridges move to the right so you can replace them or is this when you get the paper jam error?
If you get the paper jam when the carriage attempts to move, please follow these steps:

Once you have checked all areas in the machine and have removed any jams that you may not have otherwise seen, try to install the cartridge again.
Please let me know if these steps resolve your issue. Good luck!
