Hey @Faroitte,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums!
I see that your Deskjet 1515 Printer has a blinking light on it. I can help you with that.
To start, make sure the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet and not a surge protector. Once done, this document outlines how to troubleshoot blinking light errors on the printer.
If after following the above the light still blinks, the printer needs to be replaced. You can contact HP Support by clicking on this link and filling out the form at the bottom to discuss options based on your warranty.
Please let me know the results after following the above. If you are able to clear the error or reach some resolution with support, please click on Accept Solution. If you appreciate my help, please click on the thumbs up icon. Both icons are below this post.

That document outlines all of the possible troubleshooting steps. It comes down to:
- Clean the cartridge.
- Replace the cartridge.
- Replace the printer.
There would be no other possible steps.
