I replaced both ink cartridges in my hp deskjet 920c printer today, and I still have a flashing orange light.  The light is over an ink cartridge symbol. I have replaced the ink cartridges several times before, and the light has never continued to flash.  This has never happened in the many years since I've had this printer.

Hey @smg680,

Welcome to the HP Support Forums!

I understand that you are having some issues with some blinking lights on your Deskjet 920c Printer after changing a cartridge. I can help you with that.

To start, make sure the printer was plugged directly into a wall outlet and not a surge protector. Once done, this document outlines how to troubleshoot blinking lights on your printer.

If after following the above you are still seeing the blinking lights, one of the cartridges would need to be replaced.

Please let me know the results after following the above. If you are able to print, please click on Accept Solution. If you appreciate my help, please click on the thumbs up icon. Both icons are below this post.
