Please send for me steps of hidden menus! Deskjet 3050 All-in-One J610a
@Rich1 wrote:That could be the problem. Water and electronics are not a good mixture. We could try a semi full reset if you want. I don't know that it would work since the buttons are not responding. I would need you to agree to not publish the steps. I can send them by private post. If it works, it will clear the memory of the printer and return it to factory defaults. If it is on a wireless network, it would be taken off and would need to be put back on. Let me know if you want to try it. Hard resset swith off printer press and hold power button+cancel+last of screens button!!!
Many Thanks!

This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you are getting error in printing message. I would like to help you resolve this issue.
However, I will need a few details to provide an accurate solution,
- How is the printer connected to computer, wired or wireless?
- Which operating system is installed on the computer?
Meanwhile:
Reset the printer.
- Remove the power cable from the printer when it is turn on.
- Press and hold the power button for 60secs.
- Connect the power cable to the printer and directly to the wall outlet.
Reply with the result of the above-mentioned steps, for further assistance.
Cheers.
