HP Photosmart C4680
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Since I started using my C4680 with a Windows 10-based computer, I'm no longer able to print on both sides of the paper. When I select the Print on Both Sides option, it prints all pages on one side only.

Previously, with a Windows XP-based computer and drivers, I was given an option to print both sides MANUALLY. It would print one side, then prompt me to re-insert those pages to print the other side.

Windows 10 downloaded drivers do not give the option to print on both sides manually.

Might there be a Win10 driver option I missed that allows for manually printing both sides?

Any suggestions?

Many thanks!

Hi @ereditallc,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you are unable to print on both sides of paper from your HP Photosmart C4680 All-in-One Printer.

This issue could occur if the print settings are not correct.

Let's go through a few steps to troubleshoot this issue.

And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: Printing on Both Sides of the Paper (Windows) (Duplexing)

Let me know how this works.

You have a good day ahead.
