AFTER I INSTALLED INK CARTRIDGES THIS ERROR MESSAGE CAME UP CARTRIDGE IS FOR OLDER GENERATION OF PRINTER, AND IT WON'T PRINT AT ALL.

  • When was the last time the printer was working fine?
  • Did you change the cartridge recently?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?
