i had faced same problem with my printer and i have experienced same problem in other models similar to this also like(Cm2320 mfp,Cp1215,Cp1515 etc) the best solution for this is that u remove the Small pickup roller from machine which is under the big pickup roller and clean it with WD40 liquid and use tissue paper to dry it and same like this clean the big pickup roller with wd40 but u cant remove big pickup roller from the machine so to clean that put the machine in laying way and clean it ,i hope this will solve your issue ,in my case i have use this method in all my printers
