HP Recommended

Hello, we have a Color Laserjet CP3525dn that has the "incompatible fuser" error showing on the display.  It is a relatively new printer, been in use probably about a year, and the fuser says it's still at 96% (it doesn't get used a whole lot).  Is there anything we can try to get this printer to work?  Or do we have to replace the fuser?

HP Recommended

From all I can find you will have to replace the fuser.
