I changed my Black cartridge and did the alignment. A message appearred "Cartrides are not Calibrated for Best Results"
I have tried the Alignment many times and still get the same message. I tested the color quality by printing a color copy and the color has lines running through it.
I took out the black and color cartridge and re-inserted them. I still get the same problem. The black cartridge is HP60XL
The color Cartridge is HP Tri-color 60XL.
Please help

Hi @CraftyChick,
Welcome back to the HP Support Forums!
I see that you're experiencing print quality issues with your HP Photosmart D110 Series Printer. I would be happy to help you and please remember to return to this thread and mark 'Accept as Solution', if I have successfully helped you resolve the issue. It sounds like there could be an issue with the ink cartridge or the ink delivery system. To resolve this, please use the guide below.
Here's a document I would recommend that you try, Fixing Print Quality Problems for the HP Photosmart e-All-in-One (D110a and D110b) Printer Series.
If you have a defective ink cartridge, it might be under warranty. To check the warranty on your ink supplies, go tohp.com/go/learnaboutsupplies, select your country/region, and then review the limited warranty information for your supplies.
If the cartridge is out of warranty, you can try the solutions offered in this video. Please use at your own discretion.

If you completed all the preceding steps and your product still has an issue, service the product. If the printer is out if warranty HP may offer you a discount towards a trade-in on a replacement unit.
Contacting HP for service in all countries/regions except Asia Pacific.
First, go to Check your product warranty to check your printer warranty status, and then go to Contact HP Support to find an authorized service dealer or to schedule a repair.
Repair fees might apply for out-of-warranty printers.
What you can do, is use the following link to create yourself a case number, then call and it may help speed up the call process:
Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 4. Scroll down and click on: HP contact options - click on Get phone number
Case number and phone number appear.
Please respond to this post with the result of your troubleshooting. I look forward to hearing from you. Good Luck! 🙂
