I would like to know if my OfficeJet 4650 can print on 110lb cardstock paper correctly.

Yes, tat shouild meet its specification, assuming you refer to a Card media intended for an Inkjet printer..

 

The pritner support Up to 200 g/m2 (110 lb index) as shown under Paper-handling specifications > Paper tray capacities below:

Hi, do remember to change/select your printer setting "paper type" to photo or thick paper type before you print.
