Hi sitges46,
if you Press and hold Start Copy Black (#5) and Cancel (#2) for a few seconds. The Network configuration page should print and it will list the wireless direct password. There will be an ip address on this page, that should take you to the Embedded Web Server.
Sometimes there might be a proceed button that needs to be clicked on to proceed. Also, have you tried using other web browsers? Such as: Firefox, Or Google Chrome?

Same problems as this guy. The IP address I am told to access http;//0.0.0.0 just doesnt come up. The link you sent makes me download the diagnostic tool. After its use I get the same error message, saying I have a paper alignment problem, and need to access the EWS at http://0.0.0.0 - then go to Prefs, Settings etc
This is a bit insane - what is the url of the EWS for 3630 product?
