@Hummm,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you are unable to print one sided from your HP e-All-in-One Printer.

This issue could occur if the print settings are not correct.

Let's go through a few steps to resolve this issue.

And here's the step by step guide listed below:

  1. Open the document that you want to print, click File, then click Print.
  2. If no settings display, click Show Details.
  3. Select the name of your printer in the Printer menu.
  4. Select Paper Handling from the unnamed menu at the center of the window.
  5. From the Pages to Print menu, select Odd Only.
  6. Depending on your printer type, select one of the following settings from the Page Order menu:For Rear loading paper tray: Select Automatic. For Front loading paper tray: Select Reverse.
  7. Click Print.
  8. When all the pages are printed, remove any remaining unprinted paper from the input tray, then continue to the next step.

Let me know how that goes.

You have a good day ahead.
