Cannot connect Photosmart C4180 to new hp Pavilion touch notebook

I'm trying to connect my hp Photosmart C1480 to my new hp Pavilion notebook.  I've been all through the virtual chat, I get to the point of the driver being downloaded but it won't install....I've gone through the PC set-up process and also through the hp set-up and something isn't working...

Try the driver download from the next link, the driver is for a different model printer, however it could have inside the driver for all family models like C4100, C4200

Just give it a try:

Photosmart C4280
