Product: HP Officejet pro 8600 N911g
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Using the HP universal fax driver, the HP Fax Finder cannot find my printer via the printers IP address or by a search for network printers. The windows native printer menu was able to locate and install the printer. I have set the printer up connected to wifi at the same network at the PC. The printer has a fixed IP address.
PC 172.20.200.91
HP 172.20.200.17
Disabled firewall
Disabled virus.
I can print but cannot fax.
I can access the web interface as well.
Packet capture doesn't seem to have any blocked packets. UDP and TCP ports 80 and 161
Any help appreciated.
