Trying to print from MS Works individual envelope template.  I have tried using the #C6 envelope setting and the custom setting, however, when I set the printer for #C6 or any size close to the size of the enveIope I get the "Paper Size Mismatch" error.  The #6 3/4 envelope us 3 5/8" x 6 1/2".

I am trying to find out if there are other drivers for this printer that might have more envelope sizes and hopefully the #6 3/4".

Thank you for the information, I will check it out.  Update; reviewed printer specs for envelopes and found that none of the envelopes supported were close to the #6 3/4" envelopes I was using.  Then spent considerable time with HP Tech Support and ended up where I started, i.e this printer will not print the #6 3/4" envelope when using MS Works from the individual envelope template.  However, I have found that it will print this envelope if I use the "MyMailList & AddressBook" program.  For some reason this program must bypass the printer envelope size check and will print with no problem.

I have successfully printed the #10 envelopes using the Works template as the printer specs support a #10.

Hello Mtarx,

Welcome to the HP Forums.

I see that you are having an issue when attempting to print on a specific envelope size.

I am going to give you the HP Officejet Pro 8610, 8620, 8630, 8640, and 8660 e-All-in-One Printer Series Printer Specifications so you can see the supported envelope sizes.  Please go to the section on Paper-Handling specifications and Supported Envelopes.

Another option would be calling HP's Technical Support to see about further options for you. If you are calling within North America, the number is 1-800-474-6836 and for all other regions, click here: click here.
