Product: Hp deskjet 3632
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
I installed the driver disk that came with the printer but I still cannot scan anything the scanner won't light up or even act like it's working. The printer is brand new. What do I do?

Hi,
Thanks for using the HP Forums.
Are you able to copy anything? If you are not able to copy and scan, there is a likelyhood that the scanner is defective.
You may want to contact HP for support if you are not able to return the printer to the retailer for an exchange.

Thanks.
