I replaced the fuser kit and then it prompted me to replace 2 toner cartridges. Now it shows the status of all toner cartridges as "Unknown". I have restarted, used canned air, tried another new cartridge and nothing has helped. Is there some sort of reset?

By restarting, do you mean you've also tried a hard reset? You can perform a hard reset by powering down the device, unplugging it for a minute, and replugging power before turning it back on. This can help sometimes clear unexplained errors.
Let me know if this helps. I'll update after I've looked through HP's resources.

I have hard reset. I also pulled out all the cartridges and restarted the printer again. It then looks like it has cleared, but if you open up the supply status menu it still shows up as "Unknown" on all 4 cartridges.

Is the paper tray overfilled? This can lift the toner cartridge out of its seated position.
Cartridge errors can also occur if there's any paper or debris loose in the device.
Finally, this might be an issue if you're using a non-HP cartridge, or if the cartridge was installed with the printer's power turned off.
I hope one of these gets us on the right track. Thanks for your patience while I play detective.

The papertray did not appear overfilled, but removed paper to half level to be sure.
Checked for paper/debris. Didn't find any.
Everytime I re-installed cartridges the printer was on.
This printer is set up on our company network and I even attempted to reset to factory default. It would not let me continue with that because of a busy error. Then it brings up a warning error that It is checking printer and I cannot get it to stop.

First thing you need to do is turn off the printer. Open the toner door and remove all the toners. Now reinstall all the toners making sure they are in the correct positons. Now turn on the printer and report back as to what the display is telling you.
