HP ENVY 5052 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I canceled my plan a few months ago and have just been buying all my supplies locally.  I have had no problems until today when my printer stopped printing in the middle of a job and I got the message "Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in Instant Ink"  I do not want to be enrolled in instant ink anymore and again, I canceled months ago.  Any advice?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
