Product: Dell
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had to install a new modem and can not change the SSID on the printer.  I have tried the CD that came with the printer but there is no option to change the new SSID.  I have tried the help and learning center software and it times out before it will connect with the USB cable.  With all the WiFi connected devices in my house this one has me stumped.  Can anyone out there help me install the new SSID and password?

Welcome to HP Support Forum. Please treat this as new router and use the following instructions to fix:


    http://www8.hp.com/au/en/campaigns/wireless-printing-center/reconfiguring-system-help3.html


Please also note: Your printer may only support 2.4GHz therefore you need to check and allow your router to broadcast both (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz.
