Printer previously worked wirelessly but suddenly couldn't connect. After checking the online support/troubleshooting, I removed the printer & driver etc. but now when I try to reinstall software/drivers the following error message is received 'Your device is not compatible with 5 GHz networks. Select another network, and then try again.'
Any ideas?

I have no idea what you did. You have a dual band router. Read your User Guide for your router to enable the 2.4Ghz band with a different SSID than the 5Ghz band. Now connect your printer to the 2.4Ghz band following the instructions in the User Guide for the printer.
