Product: Envy Pro 6452

I have an HP Envy Pro 6452 and it keeps saying Printer Busy and the printer is NOT busy. I use instant ink, if that matters.  If this doesn’t get resolved soon, what is a better printer to purchase?  Thank you

@Grammysprinting, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I understand you are not able to print due to this error. To assist you better, which device are you trying to print from?

How is the printer connected?

 

Restart the printer and the device you are trying to print.

 

Try making a standalone copy from the flatbed glass and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
