8620 PRO

i have the 8620 pro  it is not connected to a computer used as email fax and   scan machine.

How do you delete emails using only the machine. it has no key board only the one built into the machine.

it will only store 15 email addresss.

You will need to use PC to delete these emails. 

 

OR 

 

Perform factory reset to erase all email and other details from printer.

NOTE - Resetting the printer will erase all settings put it to factory .
