Product: HP AIO 6380
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

I have had my HP AIO 6830 printer replaced twice due to printhead issues which I understand were a wekaness in that model.  I have also had several Costco packages of 564 ink cartridges for that printer not work upon installing them. I get a message that the cartiridge is damaged. Most have had the expiration date of 2017/04.  I cannot find any option to address this with HP with their phone support nor the website.  How can I get these replaced?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
