Hi! @anilkumars, Thanks for stopping by the HP Support Forums!

I understand you would like to know the default username and password for your printer.

Don't worry I'll try to help you out.

Did you make any changes to your printer?

🛑The default username and password for your printer would be blank or admin for both username and password.

However, if you still have issues try performing a factory reset on your printer and check if it helps.

☑️ LCD control panel
1. From the product control panel, press the Setup button.
2. Open the Service menu.
3. Select the Restore Defaults option, and then touch the OK button.
The product automatically restarts.

☑️ Touchscreen control panel
1. From the Home screen on the product control panel, touch the Setup button.
2. Touch the Service menu.
3. Select the Restore Defaults option, and then touch the OK button.
The product automatically restarts

However, if the issue still persists try performing an NVRAM reset on your printer and check if it helps.

🛑As the steps to perform NVRAM reset is confidential, I will send you the steps in a private message. Please watch your inbox for more information.

Let me know if this Helps!

Have a wonderful day ahead! 🙂
