Product: Designjet 800 PS
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Changed the ink supply station and same error. Can out three colors in fine. Fourth color makes black go not identified.

Hi,

 

Thanks for contacting with HP Suppoort Forum.

 

Please perform the ISS test and get status for Error 22:10 issue.

 

If you face color issue: please replace the forth color printhead and check the ink tube, is their any leackage or not.
