Product: Designjet 500ps
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My Designjet keeps coming up with  the following error "System error 63:03" can anyone help? please

Hi,

 

Please remove/reset the Input/Outpur Network Card for this printer. If problem remain same you may replace it.

 

I hope your problem will solved.
