My printer wont print. I checked the printer status priting ( from the printer ) but its not printing in anyway. Getting a message "Device needs attention". i removed the catridges and re-plugged.. but still the issue is there. i tried to clean the printer head from "Printer options" but this option is not working too.. Please help me to solve the poblem.Please

What happens if you go to the control panel of the printer and click on the tools menu and try to print a report or do a printhead calibration. Does the printer work or do you get an error message. If the printer works, then you are having communication issues with the printer and you need to try another connection, remove the printer and reinstall or whatever. If the printer does not print from the control panel you should get an error message on the panel to tell you what is wrong.

it shows that printing report. But it wont.. i tried from printer control panel.
i also tried to clean the printer heads from control panel .. but no.. failed to clean the printer heads.

Hi,
If you have the same issue, your printer show the same message as in the screenshot provided by syamkrishnan18 on the Embedded Web Server and you are using non HP ink too.
You might have damage your printhead.
When you purchase the Printhead Kit it will come with a full set of ink cartridges required to install the new printhead
