Deskjet 3760

Please help me I have a problem with my hp deskjet 3760, I would like to restore it to factory values because I forgot the ews password and the printer does not connect to the Wi-Fi that I changed recently but when I carry out the reset procedure nothing happens, I have tried many methods but none works, I await an answers.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

Restore network settings to default settings

Press the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.

I recommend you contact support to further diagnose the issue.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
