Product: hpenvy5540
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I upgraded Windows 10 my computer crashed.  I had to download and reinstall the driver for my printer. Originally I had a desktop shortcut  icon  for scanning so I could go directly to scan but the shortcut icon has not reapeared when I installed the new programme.  How can I get the icon back?

Can you watch this resource on how to create the a scan shortcut?

 

Create a scan shortcut and high resolution scans  (HP Officejet Pro 8700 AiO series and 6900 series)

 

 

(Printer is different but the steps are the same)
