Product: HP C4480

My Photosmart C4480 printer finally quite working.  I get a message that says I am using incompatible ink cartridges.  I only use HP cartridges.  I bought new ones but still get the message.  Question #1 is there a way I can clean the printer heads to recognize the HP cartridges?  Question #2 does HP make a printer that uses these cartridges?

Unfortunately all the printers you show have been discontinued? My 5280 All in One just broke, where the cartridges sit in their position.

 

I am looking to buy another printer that uses the same cartridges. So if you know of any?
