Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am using a Designjet T520.  I am trying to print an AutoCAD drawing on a 36 x 24(Arch D landscape) sheet of paper.  But when I click properties and change the color options to grayscale, it rotates my drawing 90 degrees when it plots.  It prints fine when I print in color, but I want to print in grayscale.  Please help.  Thanks

I have always found that issues like this always end up being with the settings in the driver.

If your drawing is exactly 36x24 then there is no room for the 5mm standard margin.

Try printing in "Fit to" mode versus actual size.

Just play with different setting until it works how you want it to.

The Image in the driver (showing the roll and the cut line) is how it will be sent through the printer.

Good Luck,

Hi,

Thanks for contacting with HP Support Forum.

As roy mention information is correct, if it is not working you may goto printer properties and Features mark on Rotate by 90 degree.

Printer has to be set margine at least .25 on the sides and .67 on the bottom, or the setup fails.

Then lets try to print and check.

I hope that answers will support to concern adequately. Let me know! Good luck
