hello, go to system preferences, Users &Groups, unlock with password, then click advanced options on Admin user, then "login shell' change to /bin/bash, apply, restart mac and then follow the procedure, it work to me, monterey 12.3

I am having the same problem.  The driver is not working.  Very frustrating as I've spent a number of hours trying to come up with a solution.  😐

The printer is showing up in my System Preferences, even before my attempt to download the software.(I am using the USN cable).  Yet the software will not download.  This really needs to be addressed.   .

hi everything fine, install driver print files on mac monterey 12.3, but still cannot install air print on this printer, it work fine on windows pc, cannot understand why cannot install airprint/wirreles print on mac pc, the printer has this function and cannot use

it is fustrating allways lean cables to print a file. hope to solve the isue

Thank you Andrew.  This is what shows up in my system preferences.  The USB is attached to my computer which is running Monetary.

Hello,  I have been in touch with the HP support team.  The answer is:  'Sorry we just don't have the drivers for this'.  Very frustrating.  

I'm looking at purchasing an inexpensive HP laptop - under $200. to use with the printer.  I purchased this printer to create decals to be fired onto ceramic pieces.  HP cartridges have the iron oxide in the black ink that is necessary for this processHP - 11.6" Chromebook - Intel Celeron - 4GB Memory - 32GB eMMC Flash Memory - Ash Gray Model:11A-NB0013DX
