I am setting up a brand new HP Smart Tank Plus 551. I got to the stage of putting in paper but all I can get now is an E4 error message blinking on the screen. I unplugged the printer, checked to make sure the print head cover was down, moved the print head cartridge all the way right and all the way left, closed everything up and plugged the printer back in. Same E4 message. Help!

I'm not sure this is helpful to me. It is not very specific. There is no paper jammed or packaging in the system. No piece of paper has ever gone through the printer. This error happened on set up.
I have unplugged the printer while it was on. Looked for jams. Moved the print head tray back and forth and verified that the cover is all the way down per instruction found on hp support site. What specifically can I do about this error code?
