I see that you are having an issue with an error code on the printers display screen.
So I can better assist you, please respond with the exact printer model number.
How Do I Find My Model Number?
Once I have the printer model, I can then research the error code and then attempt to troubleshoot the issue.

Hello Emanuele6683,
It is likely that if the unit is still showing the same error message after doing all the steps in the document, this could be an issue with the ink delivery system rather than the ink cartridges.
I suggest contacting HP Total with the use of the number or link I provided. They have more advanced troubleshooting and additional options for you.

Hola, buen día. Tengo el mismo prblema con la misma impresora. Intento ingresar en el documento que dejaste para la resolución del problema y no se carga, es como si estuviera eliminado.
Desde ya agradezco su ayuda.
