I Solved the issue by selecting HP ePrint from Start Menu > All Programs > HP > HP your Printer Series > HP ePrint and try all of the available options one by one.

The problem will be solved.

Please reply me with Thanks if anybody found it useful because this my first time to helping in forums.

Thanks to all

Hi Ugglyguy,

Have you updated your printer's firmware?

Hi 1504,

I see that you're having problems connecting to web services.  I would try the steps below.

1. Open an internet browser type printer's IP address.

2. Should bring you to the printer's status page.

3. Select the  networking tab at the top.

4. Left hand side select IPv4 network summary.

5. Under DNS address Configuration select Manual DNS Server.

6. For Preferred enter 8.8.8.8

7. For Alternate enter 8.8.4.4

8. Select apply. You might get a warning saying this could interrupt connection that's fine.

9. Turn printer off for about 30 seconds then try again.

Let me know how it goes.
