Are you getting unable to connect to web service? If so I would try the steps below. Post back and let me know how it goes.
I would first unplug router and printer for about 1 minute. I would plug router up first then printer. I would then try to enable web services. If not successful and you get same error message. I would follow these steps.
1. Obtain your printer's IP address
a. This can be done by pressing the wireless icon on printer.
2. Enter the printer's IP address in a browser.
3. Select the network tab at the top of the page.
4. On the left select networking.
5. Select Network Address (IP)
6. Select Manual DNS Server
a. Manual Preferred DNS should read 8.8.8.8
b. Alternate DNS Server should read. 8.8.4.4
7. Select apply you might get a warning just select okay.

Koc13.
I see that you're having issue with your printer? Are you using the Photosmart 6520?

I'm having similar problems. However when I go to the control page there is a Web Services tab and when I click on Enable it tells me that an info page will print but it never does. I've tried several times and even let it sit and wait for over an hour.
I've also updated my printers firmware; my printer is an HP LaserJet M1212nf MFP and the other curious thing is it also reports 169.254.144.3 as an IP address and all of my orher HP Web Enabled printers are at 192.168.0.XX and the printer works normally from multiple computers.

Hi Nascar45,
I understand that you're trying to setup ePrint. I see that you're printer has a 169.254 IP address. This means the printer isn't connected to your network. I would try going through the wireless setup on your printer to get on your network. After completing the wireless setup I would check to verify the printer is on the network with a 192.168 IP address. Then try again to enable web services.
Hope this helps.
