HP Envy 110

Our printer recently could not be found on our wireless network from either our Mac or our PC (we have both).  When checking the printer, it seemed to have lost it's connectivity to the network.  I found the network and have tried numerous times to re-connect to the network but everytime it says it is unable to connect.   Why can it "see" the wifi networks in range, yet not be able to connect to them?  I've tried turning the printer off, unplugging it, returning to factory settings.  Nothing changes - it can see the network but not connect.

Help,

Cathy

Welcome to the HP Forums. I would be happy to help you with your HP ENVY 110 printer. I understand that you are unable to connect the printer to the wireless connection and you have already done some preliminary troubleshooting.

Follow these steps on the windows computer to connect the printer.

  • Restart the computer, printer, and router.
  • Check the network and printer connection status.
  • Manually connect the printer to your network.
  • Run the HP Print and Scan Doctor.
  • Temporarily disable firewall software on the computer.
  • Uninstall and reinstall the HP driver and software.
