Good morning

 

According to the previous previous email concerning the defect of my HP 6970 printer, today, 03/23/2017 I received the return of Mr. Ramon with a service protocol number [Personal Information Removed] or deviations from the exchange for other quality equipment for which I prefer, but a HP Brazil does not want to make an exchange, I leave here my indignation with an HP brand, in case this problem is not solved, I will exhaust all my alternatives so that This equipment is not sold in Brazil.

 

So I'm waiting for a solution from the US matrix, for a HP Brazil disparage its Brazilian customers affecting HP's image, opening doors to other brands in Brazil.

 

 

I'm waiting.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.
