We're experiencing error 46.23.3F in the middle of a print jobs. Printer has the latest firmware version (2307781_551188). Searched the Internet for solutions but found nothing solid to fix the problem.

Could you please provide the product that this error code is showing on? If there are other details, such as recently changed printer cartridges, etc., that you could provide to help troubleshoot this issue that would be very helpful. If this issue has been fixed, please let us know.
Thank you,
Auntie Em

Thanks for your reply. The device is a HP LaserJet M605. We are using a BarCodeJet HP FutureSmart Host USB device to generate maxicode barcodes. We have 2 HP M605s and we switch the device and we have not experience the same error.
Let me know if you need additional information. Thanks.

Thank you for the additional information. Just to confirm this is working on two other m605's and not on one.
Check to make sure all the cartridges are seated correctly, power cycle the printer, and try to print. If the problem continues, you may have to call HP Support for further trouble shooting of this error code.
