Cannot setup new hp 4650 printer - as soon as I try to connect to wifi network

Error Code OXB90CA8DA  flashes on screen, cannot even turn off - must unplug.

Want to use with ipad so cannot connect with USB

It has nothing to do with the ink system.  The printer works fine offline making copies.  As soon as I try connecting to wifi, enter the security code it goes beserk with flashing error message.  Won't shut down, have to pull the plug.

What the correct model of printer and operation system version ?

HP OfficeJet 4650 All-in-One Printer or HP Photosmart C4650 All-in-One Printer ?

S.O - Exemple: Windows 10 - 64 bits

Officejet - NO operating system - I just want to use with iPad.

Use some computer for firmware update:

HP OfficeJet 4650 All-in-One Printer series Firmware Update

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/OJ4650_R1617A.exe

After update, restart the printer and realize a new test.
