hello again,
I don't know if i did something wrong but can anybody help me with this problem,
I can't use the officejet 4620 and I need it for studies etc.
So if you can please help me with this one.

Try this:
HP Officejet 4620 reset -
Press Back, Back, Back, Back (slowly).
Select the Support Menu.
Select Resets Menu.
Select Partial Reset.
Then go to setup, network wireless settings, wireless, make sure it is turned on.
If that doesn't work, get a USB cable and configure for USB (assuming your computer has a USB port).

Hi All,
I need help.
Even though i did partial reset, i still getting the error message "Wireless communication has been disabled. COntact your network administrator or the person who set up the printer".
Can someone guide me how to solve this problem.
