i found the problem was caused by the Verizon gateway. It was a DLINK DSL2750b. They changed the gateway to a actiontec 784wnv. All printer problems are solved.

It was all the Dlink dsl 2750b gateway. Put in a Actiontec gt784wnv gateway every thing works.

I see that this problem has been solved. Can someone please send me the solution? Thanks.

Problem summary. Blue light does come on upon start. When pressing network button message says network has been disabledf. Contact your adminstrator or the person that setup the printer. I am the person that setup the printer. It was working find for about 9 months.

Well, I received an email offering me a link to the solution, but the link took me to page indicating that there was a solution and messages from others requesting it. I still don't see the solution. Thanks.
