I did not receive the "fix information", only the link to the privacy statement. I am not the most tech savvy person in the world, so maybe I am missing something. Is it possible to try again? Or send directly to my email address?

Thank you for the clear instructions. Unfortunately, I am getting the same error message. Is it time to buy a new printer?!

Hi,

I have an HP OfficeJet 4620 network printer.

All of a sudden the wireless light turned off, and whenever I try to enable it by pressing the WiFi button I get the followig message: "Wireless communication has been disabled. Contact your network administrator or the person who set up the printer."

If I try to go to the network settings by going to the Setup Menu > Network, I get the exact same error; I also see it if I try to print a network status page.

I also tried restoring the defaults, but that didn't worked.

I'm trying to find a way to fully reset it, but I can't find a way other than the Restore Defaults in the settings menu.

Please can anyone help me?
