I can not figure out how to get rid of this code.  I have tried resetting the printer by unplugging it.  I have all new ink cartridges.  I don't know what else to do.  Please help.

Hi @Nebre26,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips, Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂

I see from your post that you are getting a '0x' error message on your HP Photo Smart printer. I'll be really glad to help you with this,

Please make sure that the printer is connected directly to the wall outlet and not to the surge protector.

Remove all the ink cartridges and then try to perform a Hard reset on the printer.

* With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.

* Remove USB cable, if present.

* Wait for 2-3 minutes, press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to remove any additional charge.

* Now plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector or an extension cord and then plug back the power cord to the printer.

* Turn on the printer and wait till warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle.

* Now insert the ink cartridges and then try to print a test page and check if it works.

Next thing, I would suggest here is to check for the latest firmware update if available for your printer, using this website.

Next, please follow the steps suggested in the support document for - 'Ink System Failure' or '0x ...' Error Code Displays - Click here

@suzi_8-8,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you get an error code 0x61011beb on your HP Photosmart Premium All-in-One Printer - C309g.

This issue could occur if the printhead contacts are dusty or printhead is expired.

Let's go through a few steps to resolve this issue.

And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: 'Ink System Failure' or '0x ...' Error Code Displays

Also, you may manually pull the carriage to the center to install the cartridges.

Let me know how this works.

Also, let us know the model number of the unit and the operating system installed on the computer from the links below if the one mentioned above is different:

1. Click Here to Find Your HP Product Model Number

2. Click Here If Windows Operating System is installed

3. Click Here If Mac Operating System is installed

You have a good day ahead.
