I just bought a new HP 3520, and as soon as I plugged it in, that error code came up. I can't find anything on google, and no matter what I do, it won't go away. Help!

Hello WhaBam,
I tried to find something on your printer and that error code but came up empty handed as well. On other printers, the 0x codes refer to a paper jam or cartridge error.
Since your printer is new, I would suggest calling in and speaking to a live rep.
If you live in the US, contact HP Here.
If you are in another part of the world, begin Here.
Please let me know how it goes.
Good luck!

I have the same printer that seemed to function perfectly for 6 months until I got the same error. However, Having some previous printer repair experience I tried a few things to bypass the code and to my suprise got one to work. Try this. Unplug the printer...wait ten seconds...push and hold the power button in and plug the machine back in...do not let go of the power button until you see the screen flash the OX code....wait 5 more seconds and release....the system should go into normal start up mode. Mine is now business as usual. Inspect the inside of the machine to make sure you have no paper holding the sensor down, and remember paper is meant to go through a printer one way...pulling paper out from a jam where it feeds in can and will brake the sensor lever causing improper functionality permanantly. Hope this helps.

Good evening, I am Michel from Belgium, and used to speak dutch, so , please excuse me for my poor English.
I have a HP Printer Envy 4500 (all in one), I had already a problem with it, I had the errorcode OX83COOOA NOS Loader APP.
That was a few months ago, I found your solution , tried it out, and it worked (thanks again) , I did it the way you described.
This week it started again...same message on the screen, I did again what you told and after an hour, after opening, closing, taking of and putting again the power, suddenly it worked again...strange, but I was happy.
So, this evening I would control if it still works...**bleep**, again Error Message on the screen....I tried again to follow your instructions, but this time it faled...So, I am already triiing for hours without result...
Can somebody please help me, tell me how to repair and how to avoid that it happens again and maybe tell me the raison why it happens - should it have some thing to do with Winows 10....
Thanks for helping !
Michel
